As of April 22, one of the most important international Diplomates in Transitional Justice will be taking place in Colombia. This initiative, developed by the Externado University and the Baltasar Garzon Foundation (FIBGAR), will include, among others, the presence of experts from the United Nations special rapporteur for the promotion of truth, justice, reparation and guarantees of Not repetition; And former Judge Baltasar Garzón. The diploma emerges as an imperative for the Colombian context, which is currently undergoing a profound process of peace negotiations, in which the themes of transitional justice are one of the central points of the debate and the agenda, which is calling for a Citizenship capable of facing the challenges posed by the post-conflict. This diploma aims to offer officials and professionals of any discipline theoretical and practical tools that allow them to participate actively in the transition process that calls for all in Colombia. .
