Mission, Vision and Values
FIBGAR is based on the pillars of solidarity, respect, the promotion of Human Rights, village development cooperation, mediation and the fight against impunity. With these bases FIBGAR encourages action programs from the areas of education, justice, society, politics and culture to defend and apply Human Rights in defense of victims and their rights to truth, justice and repair and to prosecute corruption and organized crime in all its forms.
The basic tools to promote the activities that constitute the essence of the Foundation, will be research, training and cooperation with other foundations, organizations and academic, social, political and legal entities coupled with direct action in coordination with relevant actors.
a) To promote a culture of activism, promotion, security, development and defense of Human Rights (DDHH) and development cooperation of the peoples in a culture of legal certainty and peace.
b) Develop research, training and social practices strong> in the area of Human Rights.
c) Cooperate in social, economic, political and cultural development, strong> promoting the creation of social movements and basic structures that ensure the achievement of the principles of truth, justice and reparation.
d) Disseminate, defend and boost
the principles of Universal Jurisdiction and International Justice by permanent work promotion and, in order to develop the necessary mechanisms to combat impunity at national and international level, to initiate, develop and promote legal cases involving the practical application of these principles anywhere in the world.
The programs, principles, mechanisms and actions in the academic, social, political and legal areas that may be necessary to prosecute corruption and organized crime in all its forms.
e) To promote mutual understanding and active strong> collaboration with institutions, agencies and organizations in the areas of Human Rights, legal security, drug prevention, promotion of justice, against corruption and organized crime.
