- Baltasar Garzón RealPresident:
Judge, lawyer, director of the law firm ILOCAD SL., based in Madrid (Spain). President of the International Foundation Baltasar Garzon, pro Human Rights and Universal Jurisdiction, based in Madrid, with development programs in Spain, Argentina, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Mexico. Coordinator of the International Veeduría of the reform of the judiciary function in Ecuador (pro bono). Counsel for the prosecution of the International Criminal Court. Member of the Committee for the Prevention of Torture of the Council of Europe in 2011-2012. Adviser to the Mission to Support the Peace Process in Colombia OAS (2011-2012). Advisory Commission on Human Rights of the House of Representatives of Argentina. President and CEO of the International Centre for the Promotion of Human Rights of UNESCO of Argentina. P>
Author of seven books and numerous articles and essays. Cooperator of the Department of Human Rights at the University of Washington in Seattle (EE. UU.). Doctor Honoris Causa by more than 25 universities around the world. Member of various humanitarian, Human Rights and conflict mediation centres, both in Spain and abroad.
- María Carmen Durán MartínezSecond Vicepresident:
Teacher, she is founder and president of the Association Cambados Despierta. She is also a directive of the Foundation Cultura de Paz, whose activities are mainly focused on the informative and educational fields. Carmen Duran specializes in drug trafficking and other drug-related issues.
- María Garzón MolinaSecond Vicepresident:
Managing director of FIBGAR. Degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the Rey Juan Carlos University. She has worked in the marketing department of La Caixa Foundation and in various media, where she served as chief editor, producer and head of communication. Currently, she actively collaborates with several NGO.

- Eduardo Martín de PozueloVicesecretary:
Journalist. Coordinator of the Terrorism Information section in La Vanguardia. He studied Journalism in Madrid and Barcelona. In 1975 he started his career in La Vanguardia, where two years later he was promoted to head of Research section. He co-founded the Research team of the publication, and was its editor until its dissolution in 2003. p>
He is the author of hundreds of articles and information of great international impact, such as an investigative report that uncovered the presence of the Mafia in Spain. In 1994, he published the book Guía de la corrupción em>, co-written with Jordi Bordás and Santiago Tarin. In the area of Terrorism, he uncovered the presence of sleeping cells of Al Qaeda in Spain. P>
He conducted the research related to the disappearance of spaniards during the military dictatorships of Argentina and Chile, which made him won the 2000 Human Rights Award. In 2005 he started a new line of research related to the Franco regime. In 2009, he received the International Prize Raoul Wallenberg Foundation for revealing the unknown relationships between the Franco regime and the Holocaust. P>
He is the author of several essays and novels ( La cosa nuestra, La guerra ignorada, Los secretos del franquismo, El franquismo, cómplice del holocausto (y otros episodios desconocidos de la Dictadura em>) ...), and he has taught Journalism Research at several universities.
- Fanny Rubio Gámez
Writer, Literature professor at the Complutense University of Madrid. She is literary critic, novelist and poet. Among her works, Las revistas de Poesía (1939-1975), Poesía Contemporánea. Historia y antología (1939-1980), La sal del Chocolate (1992), El dios dormido (1998), and El hijo del aire (2001), taken to the stage. She is considered one of the most noted scholars in contemporary Spanish poetry. In 2006, she was appointed director of the Cervantes Institute in Rome.
- Marcos Gutiérrez Melgarejo
Degree in Law at the University of Granada. Licensed attorney since 1980. He has taught at the School of Legal Practice of the Bar of Jaén. Professor of Legal Practices at the University of Jaén. He was president of the Economic and Social Council of the Province of Jaén between 1996 and 2002.
- Manuel Ramiro Muñoz
Director of the Center for Intercultural Studies at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana of Cali, Colombia. Philosopher of the Javeriana University in Bogotá. Consultant on Higher Education in the International Institute for Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean IESALC / UNESCO, member of the Scientific Committee of the Conference on Higher Education GUNI (Global University Network for Innovation) a network coordinated by the University of the United Nations, UNESCO, and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
Author of several publications about the need for higher education, the multiculturalism and community processes of indigenous and Afro-descendents in south-western Colombia. For more than 28 years he has accompanied the indigenous and afro communities in the strengthening of their formative and organizational processes and for 12 years, he has done the same with the black communities of Colombia South Pacific.
- Anthony Geist
Professor of Spanish Comparative Literature at the University of California, Berkeley. He has taught at the Universities of Berkeley, Princeton, Texas, San Antonio and Dartmouth College.
His publications focuses on certain aspects of modernism and postmodernism in XX century poetry of the Iberian Peninsula. He has also researched the art and literature of the Spanish Civil War. In this regard, he promoted a traveling exhibition of children's drawings during this historical period.
- Bartomeu Català Barceló
Priest, born in Mallorca, Spain. Currently, he is president of the Proyecto Hombre Association of the Baleares Islands. In 1997, he was awarded the Ramon Llull prize, and in 2007, the Gold Medal of the Comunidad Autónoma of the Baleares Islands for helping people with drug addiction.
- Manuel Rivas Barrós
Writer, poet, essayist and journalist. His work is mainly in Galician language, but he also writes articles in Castilian, especially for the newspaper El País. His book of stories Qué me queres, amor?, includes the story La lengua de las Mariposas, in which the eponymous film was based.
His work is completed whith the storybooks Ella, Maldita alma, La mano del emigrante (2002) and Las llamadas perdidas (2003). He is the author of three short novels: Los comedores de patatas (1993), El lápiz del carpintero (1998),pPrize of the Spanish Film Critics and filmed by Anton Reixa, and En salvaje compañía (1995), which has been republished with the author's corrections in 2004. His later works are the stage play El héroe (2005), the novel Los libros arden mal (2006), and the journalistic essay Os Grouchos (2007).
He was co-founder of Greenpeace Spain, and held senior positions in the organization for several years. During the Prestige disaster was one of the creators of the Nunca Máis platform.
